Google TPU 8th generation: dual-chip architecture

Gemini CLI deprecated: June 18 deadline for personal users

Google announced on May 19 that the Gemini CLI will stop serving requests for personal Google accounts on June 18, 2026, replaced by the Antigravity CLI (agy). 12

GPT-5.3-Codex is now the base model for Copilot Business and Enterprise

As of May 17, GPT-5.3-Codex became the default base model for all Copilot Business and Copilot Enterprise organizations, replacing GPT-4.1. 13
It is GitHub's first long-term support (LTS) model, guaranteed available through February 4, 2027. GPT-4.1 will remain force-enabled at a 0x premium multiplier until it deprecates alongside the June 1, 2026 launch of usage-based billing. GPT-5.3-Codex carries a 1× premium request multiplier. This change applies only to Business and Enterprise plans, not Copilot Pro, Pro+, or Free.
